If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received your return authorization number, please securely package the item and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping and provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

For hygienic reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be responsible for any additional fees incurred during the return process.
